I made a simple pamphlet book, with pockets, in black and white, for the theme of ‘Space’ this month.
It marks my trip to Galicia in August 2026 to see the solar eclipse and contains some of my photos and memorabilia.
We were anchored off Santander and had an excellent view of the totality of the eclipse.

Separate Rooms explores the quiet distance between two people living together but inhabiting separate lives. Bedrooms, floors and doors become boundaries, while everyday rituals remain.
The concertina structure creates and stretches the spaces between us, reflecting a relationship settled into separation. The spaces hold all that is no longer spoken. We live under the same roof, sleep on different floors and close different doors.
Bookcloth-covered boards open to reveal intricately folded cartridge paper, cut to create and define the spaces within.
